2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. kah88 may at any time request government-issued ID, a mobile number, or bank statements for identity verification. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). No transactions below these limits can be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, this time may increase. The relevant funds may be frozen until withdrawal processing is complete.

3.4 Currency

All transactions at kah88 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, a conversion rate may apply and the user will bear the conversion cost.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% match bonus is available on your first deposit at kah88, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period, wagering requirements, and game restrictions.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all earnings.
• kah88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus balance will be used before cash balance unless otherwise stated.

kah88's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP tier advancement depends on a user's activity and engagement on the platform. kah88 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits, and VIP members will be informed of any changes.

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games at kah88 is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness. All game services are operated through third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). The RTP and rules set by each provider are beyond kah88's control.

6.2 Voided or Invalid Bets

If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, server outage, or fault on the part of a game provider, kah88 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the original stake. If a game is displayed in an incorrect or faulty state, kah88 may decline to pay out winnings from that game.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games or placing bets using software, bots, automation, or any other artificial means.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

kah88 offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports.

• Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are subject to change and may be updated until the event begins.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, kah88 may refund the original stake in accordance with applicable betting rules.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet remains valid and the outcome, whatever it may be, will be considered final.
• Attempting to benefit from obvious typographical errors or incorrect odds is prohibited; such bets will be voided.

The security of your kah88 account is your own responsibility. Keep your login details private and never share them with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support immediately.
• You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, unless you can prove that the account was hacked.

• Allowing another person to use your account or transferring your account to someone else is prohibited.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Breach of the age requirement.

12.2 User Rights

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support. If you have a valid balance, you may withdraw it before the account is closed, subject to the existing terms and conditions.
